摘要: Abstract A novel flower-like BiOBr 0.9 I 0.1 /BiOI heterostructure was fabricated by a simple one-pot method at room temperature. Under visible light (λ > 400 nm), the as-prepared photocatalysts with different contents exhibited notably enhanced degrading efficiency for methyl orange and phenol solutions, among which 10% possessed highest photocatalytic activity. The activity improvement of could be ascribed to synergetic effects ion doping heterostructure. On basis Mott-Schottky analysis, new − energy level formed on top valence band strengthened absorption. Moreover, heterojunction interface efficiently reduced recombination electron-hole pairs. This study reveals that coupling structure played significant highly efficient generation separation photo-generated carriers.
