摘要: TRADITIONALLY BARRETT´S ESOPHAGUS (BE) HAD BEEN LINKED WITH MAJOR GASTROESOPHAGICAL REFLUX DISEASE(ERGE) AND ADENOCARCIONOMA. ACTUALLY 8-20% OF THE PATIENTS SHOW AT ENDOSCOPY. RISK THAT THIS PICTURE TURN TO MALIGNANCY IS VARIABLE FROM 0 58%. OBJETIVE WORK DETERMINE PREVALENCE, CLINICAL, ENDOSCOPIC HISTOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS FREQUENCY MALIGNANT FORMATION IN OUR POPULATION.A RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS 520 WAS MADE: 78 THEM SHOWED BE (15% PREVALECE), 56 MALES (71.7%) 22 FEMALES (28.2), A RELATION 3: 1. AGE RANGED 9 89 YEARS), 94.8% CLINICAL SYMTOMS. FINNDINGS WERE ULCERS (42.3 %) NARROWNESS(21.7%). HISTOLIOGICALLY IT FOUND INTESTINAL EPITHELIUM (42.3%) FUNDIC (8.9%). SLIGHT DYSPLASIA 6.4% SEVERE 1.2%. BETWEEN TWO DISEASES (ADENOCARCINOMA BE) 5.1% MORE DEVELOPED ADENOCARCINOMA LATER (6.4%). FOLLOWUP 2 YEARS. (MEDIUM 11 MONTHS). PREVALENCE POPULATION RANKS SAME LEVEL ALL WORLD. INCIDENCE LOWER, ALTHOUGH PERHAPS DUE SHORT PERIOD FOLLOW-UP.
