摘要: Stem cells have great potential for the treatment of spinal cord injury (SCI). Different types stem cell include somatic and embryonic, both which unique advantages disadvantages. Here, profile motor neuron progenitor oligodendrocyte derived from human embryonic is discussed, several significant animal model experiments using are reviewed. Clinical trials currently underway or planned these SCI therapy will also be discussed. Finally, it proposed that may most useful clinically applicable therapeutic use. Keywords: Bone marrow stromal cell; Embryonic cell; Human cell-derived cell; Induced pluripotent cell; Neural cell; Spinal
