摘要: Monoterpenoids and their derivatives from plant essential oils showed good insecticidal activities in previous studies, but the mechanisms of action as natural insecticides are not known yet. In present work, we evaluated pharmacological five monoterpenoids (α-terpineol, carvacrol, linalool, pulegone, thymol) on native insect GABA receptors house flies American cockroaches using radiotracer methods. [H]-TBOB binding assay, thymol all enhanced to membrane preparation fly heads with EC50 values 48μM, 432μM, 6mM, respectively. Moreover, these three at concentrations 500 μM 1mM also significantly increased Cl uptake induced by microsacs prepared cockroach ventral nerve cords. These results revealed that positive allosteric modulators receptors. The other two
