摘要: Background: Some biomarkers can be helpful in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism (PE) and determining severity prognosis disease. In this study, we aimed to analyze elevated cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels its association with electrocardiography (ECG) transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) findings patients PE. Methods: Totally 106 suspected PE were included study. was confirmed 63 them, whereas it excluded remaining 43 patients. Levels cTnI measured all before prescription anticoagulation therapy. Results: High found 50.8% PE, 11.6% without (P Conclusions: presenting clinical, electrocardiographic echocardiographic features suggesting embolism, increased serum endorse severe
