摘要: We tested three imaging devices for suitability in emergency dental situations telemedicine. The were a special-purpose oral camera, digital single lens reflex (DSLR) and the built-in camera of mobile phone. A total 20 subjects volunteered to take part study. simulated five different conditions which could affect quality image measured transmission times across two widely available networks (a CDMA-based 3G network Wireless Broadband Network, WiBRO). DSLR produced best images, although it was relatively large device not easy use. failed give satisfactory images under certain (i.e. without extra lighting, out focus head motion).
