摘要: Solid-phase extraction (SPE) is one of the most important techniques for sample preparation, purification, concentration and cleanup. Membranes made from synthetic organic polymers, cellulose, or glass fibers are used pretreatment. In this work, we report that a porous metal membrane, filter in HPLC, was as novel kind solid-phase adsorbent material. To evaluate performance membrane SPE, naphthalene, fluorene, anthracene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene, pyrene, chrysene, perylene benzo(a)pyrene were selected analytes. Several parameters affected efficiency such time, NaCl, temperature agitation speed optimized. The experimental result indicates possesses high adsorption ability to tested polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Under optimum conditions, detection limits developed method range 0.03–0.082 μg L−1 (S/N = 5), excellent linear correlations between peak area PAHs found over 0.1–60 L−1. precisions (RSD) five replicate extractions solutions 2.6–5.0%. recoveries tap water river samples spiked with 9 (20 each individual PAH) ranged 83.0% 112.5%. durable, simple, inexpensive, reproducible has use SPE PAHs.
