摘要: This study describes the aquatic habitats, species composition, and insecticide resistance level of mosquito Culex pipiens pallens in Shandong Province, China. A cross-sectional survey larval habitats was conducted from May to November 2014 determine composition abundance. Larvae were collected using standard dipping technique, a total four habitat types sampled. The fourth instar larvae Cx. each type tested for five insecticides according WHO bioassay. 7,281 collected, which 399 (5.48%) categorized as Anopheles (An. sinensis), 6636 (91.14%) culicine (Cx. pallens, tritaeniorhynchus, halifaxii, bitaeniorhynchus), 213 (2.93%) Armigeres larvae, 33 (0.45%) Aedes (Aedes albopictus). In addition, 1,149 pupae collected. distributed all investigated. Tukeys HSD analysis showed that roadside drainages most productive larvae. found only drains, water tanks, comparatively clear rich emergent plants. Bioassay maximum deltamethrin, while it lowest plifenate. productivity various mosquitoes different is very heterogeneous. It particularly important modify human activity environment achieve effective vector control. For control, should be considered, given priority abatement programs.
