摘要: Abstract Phenolic acid analysis of hand-isolated outer grain layers and endosperm led to the identification markers pericarp aleurone layers, respectively. A new dehydrotrimer ferulic (DHT) was found be concentrated in wheat bran whereas p-coumaric (p-CA) mainly layer. Phytates were also used as a marker layer starch starchy endosperm. Biochemical constitute an original method for determining histological composition any technological fractions. pin milling process applied coarse produced by conventional process. Three different fractions (B1, B2 B3) obtained sieving products then smallest particle fraction (B3) air-classified obtain two size (B3a B3b with D50 83 7 μm, respectively). The biochemical these calculate distribution tissues according dissociation behavior individual upon mechanical fractionation investigated relation discussed their properties.
