摘要: Abstract Experimental studies of the magnetically induced Wigner solidification for electrons at high quality GaAs/Ga(Al)As heterojunctions in extreme quantum limit and classical electron on helium surface are described. The use a radiofrequency broadband spectroscopy technique to observe low lying electronic collective excitations has led observation phase diagram phase, shear modulus specific heat phase.
