摘要: Abstract This chapter examines the hedonic analysis of housing markets. These techniques have been widely applied in studies demand for attributes and environmental amenities. The discusses theoretical foundation analysis, use estimates welfare empirical difficulties that arise such studies, some methods overcoming these difficulties.
