摘要: Recovery of water and soluble substances from soybean soaking (SSW) was carried out using an integrated membrane system consisting ultrafiltration (UF) reverse osmosis (RO). It found that even the four-stage UF-UF-RO-RO process with pH adjustment, quality RO permeate did not satisfy emission standard, while two-stage UF-RO treatment could be reused for soaking. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) this 1700–2800 mg/L including acetic acid, γ-aminobutyric lactic alcohol, other unidentified extract –C═O or –N–H groups, which had negligible effect on subsequent five cycles addition tap (RO permeate/tap = 1:1.5), soaked soybeans were used Koji making, showed similar properties made by water. Furthermore, concentrates in provided a raw material culturing algae preparing animal feed. This work demonstrated through treatment, wastewater pollution food industry eliminated resource recovery utilization.
