摘要: We review different structures for microwave and optical range containing 'left-handed' metamaterials - artificial composites with simultaneously negative effective permittivity permeability. Special attention is dedicated to their fundamentals, design strategies main applications which include subwavelength resonant cavities, superlenses, etc.
