摘要: Acute elevation of intra-abdominal pressure above 30 mmHg caused oliguria in 11 postoperative patients. Operative re-exploration and decompression seven patients resulted immediate diuresis. Four who were not re-explored developed renal failure died. If rises 25 the early period is associated with normal blood cardiac index, patient should undergo abdomen.
