摘要: A method for the extraction of clenbuterol from calf urine samples using a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) has been developed. The aim was that final extracts MIP should allow quantitation down to 0.5 ng/mL HPLC with UV detection. produced brombuterol as template and selectivity MIP, clenbuterol, tested against non-imprinted (produced without template) found be high. After loading 5 mL diluted centrifuged urine, selective binding established in acetonitrile-acetic acid (98:2). For further elution interferences, M ammonium acetate buffer pH 70% acetonitrile water used. Clenbuterol eluted 1% trifluoroacetic methanol, which evaporated reconstituted buffer. Results analyses showed is linear range 0.5-100 good precision (4.3% 0.6 2.1% 6.0 ng/mL) accuracy (96.7% 96.7% ng/mL). recoveries were 75%. results show offers sensitivity make ng clenbuterol/mL by HPLC-UV possible competitive alternative state-of-the-art routine analytical methods.
