摘要: Although the transfer of embryos is much less likely to result in disease transmission than transport live animals, sanitary risks associated with embryo continue be subject both scientific investigations and adaptations national international legislation. Therefore, implications are important for veterinary practitioners livestock breeders. In vivo-derived vitro-produced widely used cattle from other species, such as sheep, goats, pigs horses, also currently being transferred fairly significant numbers. Bearing mind wide variety different species correspondingly large number viruses that concern, it expedient at this time look again importance zona pellucida (ZP) a barrier against susceptibility or otherwise embryonic cells viral infection if ever they exposed. For an intact ZP, unlikely occur. However, virus may stick ZP and, case, International Embryo Transfer Society (IETS) washing procedures combination trypsin treatment mandatory. A caveat fact more types becoming available data cannot extrapolated one another. These topics discussed present review.
