摘要: In an investigation of stromatic Xylariales in Thailand, several specimens Daldinia were discovered. Three novel species (D. flavogranulata, D. phadaengensis, and chiangdaoensis) recognized from a molecular phylogeny based on concatenated ITS, LSU, RPB2, TUB2 sequence data, combined with morphological characters secondary metabolite profiles high performance liquid chromatography coupled to diode array detection mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). The major components detected cytochalasins (in flavogranulata daldinin type azaphilones phadaengensis). addition, brachysperma, which had hitherto only been reported America, was found for the first time Asia. Its phylogenetic affinities studied, confirming previous suspicions comparisons that is closely related eschscholtzii bambusicola, both common Thailand. one new taxa, be same taxa. other two species, phadaengensis chiangdaoensis, share korfii kretzschmarioides, respectively.
