摘要: The proto-oncogene c-fos has been isolated as the cellular homolog of v-fos gene found in osteosarcoma inducing FBR- and FBJ-murine sarcoma viruses (MSV). Expression transgenic mice leads to development bone lesions which about half progress tumors mainly chondrosarcomas. display a strong preference for males have latency with mean 9.5 months. However, also without visible develop same sex latency. These consequences expression are independent chosen promoter but dependent on replacement 3' noncoding sequences by long terminal repeat (LTR) FBJ-MSV virus.
