摘要: Immunophilin is the collective name given to a family of proteins that bind immunosuppressive drugs: Some immunophilins are Hsp90-binding cochaperones affect steroid receptor function. Mood and anxiety disorders stress-related diseases characterized by an impaired function mineralocorticoid glucocorticoid receptors, two major regulatory elements hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical axis. Genetic variations FK506-binding protein 51-kDa, FKBP51, one bound those complexes, were associated with effectiveness treatments against depression risk-factor for development post-traumatic stress disorders. Interestingly, show polymorphisms some polymorphic isoforms FKBP51 correlate greater impairment functions. In this review, we discuss different aspects role in such impact genetic variants immunophilin on dysregulation response.
