摘要: Abstract Objective The purpose of the study was to develop an improved classifier for predicting biochemical recurrence (BCR) in clinically localized PCa patients after radical prostatectomy. Methods and materials Retrospective including 122 who attended our department between 2000 2007. Gene expression patterns were analyzed 21 samples from 7 localized, 6 locally advanced, 8 metastatic using Illumina microarrays. Expression levels 41 genes validated by quantitative PCR 101 independent underwent Logistic regression analysis used identify individual predictors BCR. A risk score BCR clinicopathological gene variables developed. Interaction networks built GeneMANIA Cytoscape plugin. Results total 37 developed (36.6%) a median follow-up 120 months. 7,930 transcripts differed advanced-metastatic groups (FDR Conclusion Combination robust, easy-to-use, reliable may contribute improve stratification.
