摘要: This study concerns the development strategy of an enterprise that wants to satisfy economic demand, by minimization costs investments and exploitation, assure a certain level reliability, according social financial constraints environmental policies. However, all planed (electrical transportation networks) cannot be realized in their totality due not sufficient resources. Therefore, it is necessary establish priority order classification based on technical criteria.
