摘要: Mating studies, and RAPD RFLP analyses used in connection with phenetic phylogenetic algorithms, were to reassess the species identity of 23 putative strains Coprinus psychromorbidus . The results mating studies carried out among some these suggest at least four different species. Statistical based on index genetic dissimilarity number evolutionary steps data resolved 21 into distinct groups. We propose that strains, previously grouped single taxon, C. , belong or more taxa. Advantages molecular characterization fungi using technique are discussed. profiles appear be better suited oriented toward clustering low temperature basidiomycetes than ribosomal DNA genes. treatment indicated profiles, including all major minor bands, highly reproducible.
