摘要: Because of the increasing number hepatitis A virus (HAV) outbreaks associated with food products (Table 1.1), it has become even more important to have reliable and widely applicable techniques for detecting quantifying HAV in samples (reviewed by Bosch et al. 2011; Sanchez 2007). Moreover, since infectious dose is very low (10 100 viral particles) (Yezli Otter 2011), sensitive methods are therefore needed when screening presence HAV.
