摘要: Formulation intervention, through the application of processing technologies, is a requirement for enabling therapy vast majority drugs. Without these poorly soluble drugs may not achieve therapeutic concentrations in blood or tissue interest. Conversely, freely and/or rapidly cleared require frequent dosing resulting highly cyclic concentrations. During last several years, thermal techniques, such as melt mixing, spray congealing, sintering, and hot-melt extrusion, have evolved new specifically dry powder coating, injection molding, KinetiSol® dispersing, been adapted to pharmaceutical arena. An examination contemporary literature reported this review summarize variety utility technologies employed solubility enhancement controlled release. In particular, impact on bioavailability, considered terms both rate extent, has reviewed.
