摘要: Sucrose is taken up and accumulated by cotyledons of Ricinus communis L. Autoradiographic studies reveal a predominant accumulation sucrose in the phloem cotyledons. The export from to hypocotyl roots proceeds mass flow. These results, together with previous data, are experimental evidence for proton-sucrose symport as mechanism loading.
