摘要: Titanium is added in the form of atoms, a colloid, or ions to glass be subjected laser processing which ablation vaporization caused by energy an absorbed light utilized. Since titanium can incorporated into through melting, threshold value for easily regulated changing amount and material having evenness processability obtained.
