摘要: The current climate crisis and recent world events, including a global economic growing concerns over the availability cost of petroleum fuels, has sparked interest in developing alternative, sustainable, clean fuel technologies for transportation sector. While multitude alternative vehicle have been presented, hydrogen is considered by many as option choice. However, introduction new presents challenges, issue how to supply an appropriate refueling infrastructure support fuel. This report addresses needs transition medium sized transit agency operation using fuel, Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) case study. Specifically, requirements bus fleets, production, storage, maintenance facilities, facility personnel are addressed well strategy implementing technology associated costs addressed.
