摘要: Abstract Phosphorescence spectra of chlorobenzene (CB), p-dichlorobenzene (DCB), and p-dibromobenzene(DBB) in a rigid-glass solution 2-methylpentane at 77 K have been measured by means time-resolving emission spectroscopy. The decay curves the phosphorescence are biexponential for CB DBB, while DCB shows single-exponential decay. On basis time-resolved excitation obtained appropriate time ranges, it has confirmed that each DBB consists abroad spectrum with maximum ≈480 nm somewhat structured near 400 nm. former corresponds to shor-lived latter long-lived one. These properties halogenated benzenes explained terms two low-lying triplet states 3(π,π*) 3(σ, π*).
