摘要: Allergic sensitization is a multifactorial process that not only influenced by the allergen and its biological function per se but also other small molecular compounds, such as lipids, are directly bound ligands or present in source. Several members of major families bind lipid through hydrophobic cavities electrostatic interactions. These allergens include certain seed storage proteins, Bet v 1–like nonspecific transfer proteins from pollens fruits, inhalant house dust mites cockroaches, lipocalins. Lipids from the pollen coat furry animals so-called pollen-associated mediators codelivered with can modulate immune responses predisposed subjects interacting innate system invariant natural killer T cells. In addition, lipids originating bacterial microbiome contribute to outcome process. Dietary act adjuvants might skew response toward TH2-dominated phenotype. association protects food gastrointestinal degradation facilitates their uptake intestinal findings will have influence on how allergic be viewed studied future.
