摘要: A newly proposed variable gain amplifier (VGA) topology is presented. The three-stage VGA offers a wide control range, which independent on process variation, and characterized by low-power, high linearity, range of signal, small chip size characteristics. fabricated in 0.18µm CMOS technology measurements show variation 83dB (-36~47dB) with error less than ±2dB. P1dB IIP3 vary from -55 -20 to 8 20.5dBm, respectively. 3-dB bandwidth 37 420MHz. current dissipation 3.4mA 1.8V supply voltage. occupies 0.4mm 2 .
