摘要: A six-year-old, female Tibetan terrier was referred for investigation of a non-healing wound on the left caudal thorax. subcutaneous swelling had initially developed chest wall, followed by draining tract from which seropurulent fluid drained two months. There been no response to antibiotic treatment. Following radiographic and ultrasonographic examinations, bone sequestrum fractured rib or foreign body suspected. Surgical exploration identified sinus wooden (an ice-lolly stick) located in tissues. Partial dehiscence surgical site occurred postoperatively, but healed after 10 days. One month later, began discharge area again. Further confirmed gastrocutaneous fistula. Dissection fistula closure stomach, wall skin led resolution all signs.
