Two-dimensional analogs of theH2+ion in stationary electric fields

摘要: We calculate energies and lifetimes for two two-dimensional analogs of the hydrogen molecular ion H + 2 in external static electric fields directed along axis system. They are positive Coulomb impurity centers with one electron a narrow quantum well double dot. For state 2pσ u we obtain oscillating dependencies ionization rate Γ on electric-field strength F distance between R. explain oscillation picture by an interference electronic wave centers. The oscillations decrease faster pair dots short-range attractive potentials than latter is due to fact that long-range form kind channel preventing dissipation density sidewards from
