摘要: Nearly everywhere wo look, we find a growing number of assertions rights in patients’ and health professional relationships. These professionals’ present basic issue: To what extent do patients professionals have rights? This issue may be illustrated by citing some examples: (a) Mary, good nurse, claims the right to refuse assist performing abortions [1, 2]. (b) But then there is Florence, 17-year-old, sexually active, single, impoverished parent.
