摘要: The present experiment was undertaken to determine the existence of alpha 1- and 2-adrenoceptors in smooth muscle rabbit bladder dome, trigone proximal urethra. In dome pretreated with propranolol (10(-6) M), phenylephrine (10(-5) M-10(-3) M) norepinephrine (10(-7) M-10(-5) caused only a small contraction but norepinephrine, at high concentrations (10(-4) produced relaxation. Clonidine, however, had no effect on dome. both urethra, phenylephrine, clonidine dose-dependent contractions. contractile response or significantly greater than that such difference observed Prazosin (10(-8) M-10(-6) M, 1-adrenoceptor antagonist) rightward shift dose-response curve Yohimbine 2-adrenoceptor inhibited without affecting responses phenylephrine. These studies indicated are 1-adrenoceptors sparsely distributed.
