摘要: Two interpretations of the precautionary principle are considered. According to normative (action-guiding) interpretation, should be characterised in terms what it urges doctors and other decision makers do. epistemic (belief-guiding) us believe. This paper recommends against use as a rule medical making, based on an impossibility theorem presented Peterson (2005).
