摘要: The invention discloses a sound absorption zeolite particle and synthesis preparation method thereof. comprises the following steps: adding silicon source, an aluminum template, additive solvent into reaction kettle, controlling artificially synthesized crystal growth under high temperature pressure conditions for predetermined time to reach size range; carrying out solid-liquid separation by using filter press and/or centrifuge obtain molded particles; sequentially roasting, reinforcing balling surface post-treatment on particles, screening satisfactory particle. adopting above technical scheme does not need secondary molding, so influences of bonding agent particles are avoided, thereby has good mass transfer effects when being applied in loudspeaker products; required is obtained through particles.
