摘要: Abstract A sustainable and environmentally responsible building concept aims at a high workplace comfort, significantly reduced heating cooling demand, high-efficient plant system, the use of renewable energy sources to condition built environment. This paper presents comprehensive analysis concepts 11 low-energy buildings in terms use, efficiency occupant thermal comfort. All investigated employ environmental sinks – such as ground, ground water, rainwater ambient air combination with thermo-active systems. limited primary about 100 kWh prim /(m 2 net a) target for complete service technology (HVAC lighting) was postulated all presented. With respect this premise, long-term monitoring time resolution carried out two five years, an accompanying commissioning performance. Measurements include useful auxiliary hydraulic well end comfort local meteorological conditions. new methodology is proposed holistic approach evaluation concepts, which not only considers occupants but also consumption generation, distribution delivery energy.
