摘要: Background: Collision tumors are rare composed of two histologically distinct neoplasms coinciding at the same location. need to be distinguished from originating a progenitor cell with potential for multiphenotypic differentiation. Case Report: A clinically puzzling case an intricate malignant pulmonary nodule in patient previous history colorectal carcinoma is reported. brief review clinical literature on collision tumor and stem cells presented. Conclusion: This report emphasizes importance detailed histopathologic immunohistochemical analyses, diagnosing multiple morphologies.
