摘要: The application of embryonic stem (ES) cells to research and therapy has been a landmark development in science. Cell using ES depends on the progress stable culture conditions differentiation induction methods. were first obtained directly from inner cell masses (ICMs) blastocysts by Evans Kaufman (1981), Martin (1981). These can self renew produce itself repopulate into many different tissues, including somaticand germ-cell lineages chimeras (Bradley et al., 1984). After developing methods for establishing (mES) lines mice, other species primates human also established (Thomson 1995, 1998). Although be 8-cell stage embryos or morula, they are more easily blastocyst (Delhaise 1996; Strelchenko 2004). Now sources have extended include epiblast (Nichols Smith, 2011) (Fig. 1).
