摘要: This minireview summarizes our current knowledge on structure, energetics and the functional mechanisms of reaction centres (RCs) non-oxygenic photosynthesis Photosystems I II oxygenic photosynthesis. At RCs, key steps transformation solar radiation into electrochemical free energy take place. Two types RCs exist which differ in nature their electron acceptor for 'stable' light induced charge separation: iron-sulphur cluster type quinone II. The is unique since it has added machinery oxygen evolution.
