摘要: A maximum fluorescence enhancement of 11 times was achieved by surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) on a silver nanohole array region in reflection mode, compared to that the nonarray area. 30 nm dielectric SiO2 film sputtered as spacer separate fluorophore from for attenuation quenching. An period 550 and radius 100 were optimized match most efficient excitation emission boron-dipyrromethene (BODIPY 630/650) region.
