摘要: Locoregional treatment of liver metastases has been developed especially for tumors that give liver-limited metastases. For all the types and less usual are presented in this chapter, aim is to increase amount drug delivered tumor decrease systemic toxicity. On other hand, locoregional these specific settings may help activity rather orphan such as melanoma pancreatic cancer instance. Another fight against appearance resistance (pancreatic carcinoma, breast cancer). In aggressive diseases carcinoma melanoma, it obvious indications directed should not be proposed if there any suspicion extrahepatic disease. This requirement mandatory which prognosis linked involvement. tumors, could at least considered even disease when able rapidly shorten survival patients.
