摘要: The aim was to study the effects of two different cover crops (leguminous versus gramineous) on soil NO3 −-N availability, grapevine N status, and yeast-assimilable (YAN) amino acid profile in must a cv. Tempranillo vineyard from La Rioja (Spain) over 3 years. Three treatments were established: gramineous (barley) leguminous (Persian clover) conventional tillage. Soil total extractable NH4 +-N at bloom, content budbreak postharvest, leaf free acids ammonia monitored. Each year, barley crop treatment had lower than tillage, while clover showed tillage 2009 higher values 2010 2011. In 2011 content, (YAN), some grapes thus affecting profile. Meanwhile, did not have these effects. Furthermore, relationships between various also found. With treatment, availability decreased first year experiment, provoking decrease status YAN third year. contrast, maintained YAN, similar Therefore, our shows how can be managed both within when are sown nutritional modified must.
