摘要: Abstract Certain life-threatening congenital malformations have the opportunity to be treated with minimally invasive fetal surgery. In recent years fetoscopic surgery had a triggered interest. During all interventions effecting uteroplasental blood flow and eventually oxygenation, may occur as complications like cardiac depression, maternal hypotension or pulmonary edema. Liaise increase in output heart rate, pregnant patient display increased sensitivity muscle relaxants inhalational anesthetics. Due incomplete myelination synaptic activation, fetus becomes more sensitive volatile agents analgesics. A goal directed therapy is necessary for both well-being. According therapy, perioperative fluid, vasopressor inotropic agent titration recommended used taking into account systemic vascular hemodynamics of patients well permeability fluid content. Perioperative anesthesia management hemodynamic monitorization, airway postoperative pain are key features that make up secrets anesthesia. The patient's suffering from also leads stress by causing uterine contractions. Thus, appropriate treatment should provided using intravenous epidural patient-controlled analgesia. One most important issues period prevent premature contraction not trigger birth.
