摘要: Alternative formal definitions of perceived color are examined. Both alternative formulations treat the responses evoked by stimulation a focal test area, but in one case influence surrounding on primary area is taken into consideration, whereas this ignored other formulation. The consequences these for predictions equivalent stimuli and appearance under different circumstances discussed.Sensory scaling experiments reported which yield direct quantitative estimates hue, saturation, brightness attributes color, dependence variations focal, surrounding, preceding stimulation. relation some dependencies to opponent neural induction mechanisms postulated opponent-colors theory discussed.
