Effects of information type and level of orientation on consensus‐achievement in substantive and affective small‐group conflict

摘要: The purpose of this experiment was to test the effects type informational message behavior and orientation on resolution substantive affective small‐group conflict. We found that expression personal opinions more effective than giving evidential information in assisting achievement perceived consensus conflict groups. Evidential not groups achieve consensus. Low conditions were have a greater affect consensus‐achievement for A theoretical approach study decision‐making presented as well proposals continued research.
