摘要: Abstract of the Disclosure Zirconia ceramics consisting mainly ZrO2 and Y2O3 in a molar ratio Y2O3/ZrO2 2/98~7/93 crystal grains having mixed phase consist-ing essentially tetragonal cubic or phase, average size being not larger than 2 µm, has high strength is little deterioration due to lapse time, suitable as solid electrolyte for oxygen concentration cell, machine parts internal combustion engine, thermistor, cutting tool other industrial materials.
