摘要: Apparatus configured for implantation in a body of subject is provided. The apparatus includes support substrate, and at least 500 electrodes protruding 50 um from the each electrode having (a) distal tip, (b) an electrically-exposed tip portion, (c) cross-section 50-1500 um2, 20 tip. Other embodiments are also described.
