摘要: Executive summary European markets for organic products are growing rapidly, but the market information available in most European countries is woefully inadequate. Often only very basic data such as certified holdings and land area reported, sometimes not even individual crop areas or livestock numbers. Important data, amount of production, consumption, international trade producer consumer prices, do exist countries. In some there rough estimates levels production consumption. There no standardisation seldom comparable. Furthermore, detailed on specific commodities missing. Hence, investment decisions taken under conditions great uncertainty. Policy evaluation, including periodic monitoring Action Plan Organic Food Farming RDP 2007-2013, will require many other addition to those regarding structures financial that already available, obtaining this would a new EU-wide collection processing system (DCPS) be put place.
