摘要: A gas-permeable thermal insulator comprising a porous ceramic body of three-dimensional reticulate structure having interconnected open cells is adapted to be installed in heating oven or radiant tube so that exhaust gas passes through the exit while waste heat effectively recovered for reuse. The characterized by bulk specific gravity 0.25-0.6, an average pore diameter 0.2-10 mm, porosity 75-95%, and air pressure drop 0.1-40 mm water column when over thickness 1 cm at velocity m/sec.
